WHAT IS CATTLEMEN'S LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?
A program involving 30 OCA member/beef producers between the ages of 20-45. This program provides the younger generation of active beef producers with opportunities to engage in educational activities that enhance leadership skills and production practices. The academy involves 5 sessions over the coarse of a year.
HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
Nominate yourself or someone else by filling out a nomination form. The CLA year runs from February to February. During November, December and January, the OCA looks for 30 Oklahoma beef producers to become part of the next CLA class.

The Academy will be limited to 30 OCA member participants. Because of the generous support of our sponsors, the majority of the expenses (hotel rooms, meals, bus transportation) will be taken care of by the OCA. The Academy is an excellent opportunity to become an informed and prepared future leader of the cattle industry.
