When are the board meetings
The OCA holds a board of directors meeting quarterly and they are open to those with OCA membership.
Board Meetings typically take place:

In January during the OCA policy meeting

In May at a new location each year

In July during the Annual Convention and Trade Show

Approximately 2:30 p.m. - Spring Quarterly Board Meeting

BEEF Day at the Capitol will begin at 11 am on the Second Floor Rotunda and conclude at approximately 1:30 pm
Parking at the Capitol:
There are two lots for parking, the south lot and the east lot. Both use the Visitor's Entrance located in the southeast corner of the Capitol. From the south lot, walk to the main Capitol steps then veer to the east and go down to the Visitor's Entrance. From the east lot, walk through the tunnel under Lincoln Avenue and you will come to the entrance of the Visitor's Entrance.
Capitol Security:
You must pass through Capitol Security to enter the Capitol. Please leave all weapons including guns and knives at home or in your vehicle as they are not allowed in the Capitol.
