The Top Hand Club is a membership recruitment program, created to recognize members who are committed to helping build a stronger Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association. Recruit three new OCA members to be in the Top Hand Club and continue to recruit three new OCA members to stay in the Top Hand Club. Top Hand Club points (new members) are accumulated over a lifetime.

20 New Members - Pair of custom made spurs with member's brand and OCA Brand
40 New Members - Rifle
