OCA Bylaws and Policy

The Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association is governed by its bylaws and directed by the policies which are developed and approved by our members. OCA members have two formal opportunities to adopt, modify and/or review OCA policy annually. Those opportunities are in January at the OCA Winter Policy Meeting and in July during the Annual OCA Convention and Trade Show. To keep OCA policies up to date, each one is automatically reviewed on its three year anniversary at the OCA Winter Policy Meeting in January.
