OKLAHOMA JUNIOR CATTLEMEN'S ASSOCIATION

Empowering the next generation of cattle industry leaders, the OJCA is dedicated to providing Oklahoma youth with educational opportunities, leadership development, and hands-on experiences in the beef cattle industry. Through competitions, networking, and statewide events, members build lifelong skills and connections that fuel their passion for agriculture and set the foundation for future success.

OJCA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

The Oklahoma Junior Cattlemen’s Association Junior Board application is now open. Serving on the OJCA Junior Board is a great opportunity for young cattlemen and women to develop leadership skills, represent the beef industry, and become more involved within the organization. The OJCA Board of Directors is selected during the general membership meeting at the OCA 74th Annual Convention and Trade Show, taking place July 24 to July 25, 2026, at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age and may not turn 22 during the final year of their elected term. All board terms are three years. Current Junior Board officers and directors who have not yet completed their terms are not required to reapply. OJCA officers and directors are expected to actively participate in quarterly board meetings, the OJCA Summer Preview Show, the Annual Convention and Banquet, and other official events throughout the year. Board members are also expected to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times. Applications must be submitted online by July 15, 2026.
