42nd Annual OCA Ranch Rodeo August 14-15, 2026 at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma!

The OCA Ranch Rodeo features 12 historic Oklahoma ranch teams in head to head competition for bruises and bragging rights. The OCA event is comprised of six events depicting day to day ranching jobs. Some call the event “cowboys helping kids,” and for good reason since the selected charity has been the Children’s Miracle Network, supporting the Children’s Medical Research Institute for over 28 years. Together, we have helped raise more than $720,000 to help children in need. As an added bonus, all funds raised stay right here in Oklahoma to help our own young people. Join us August 14 and 15 at the Lazy E Arena as both nights of rodeo action begin at 7 p.m.

Donate to the Children's Health Foundation
Each year during the OCA Ranch Rodeo, boots are passed through the crowd to raise donations for the Children's Health Foundation. The "Pass The Boot" event has become a beloved tradition among spectators.

Thanks to our friends at OKBRAND, we raised more than $20,000 during the 2025 Rodeo. OKBRAND matched donations up to $10,000, making it our most successful "Pass The Boot" yet. This is a one-time, fully tax-deductible donation. Help us beat this record in 2026!

OCA Ranch Run For Kids 5K And Fun Run

The Ranch Run For Kids will take place on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026, at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The race will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., with both the start and finish line located in the arena parking lot. 

 Packet pickup will begin at 7 a.m. on race morning in the Lazy E Arena parking lot. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to pick up their race bib and allow plenty of time to prepare before the race begins. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. 

Participants may choose between the timed 5K or the Fun Run, making it a great opportunity for individuals, families and friends to support the Oklahoma Children's Health Foundation. Every registered participant will receive a finisher medal as part of their registration. Race shirts are available for purchase during registration, but they are not included with registration. 

As an added benefit, every registered participant will also receive one complimentary general admission ticket to the Friday night performance of the 42nd Annual OCA Ranch Rodeo on Friday, Aug. 14, at the Lazy E Arena. The Ranch Rodeo features 12 historic Oklahoma ranch teams competing in authentic ranch style events while continuing the tradition of Cowboys Helping Kids, benefiting the Oklahoma Children's Health Foundation.
